When a citizen wants to interact with bureaucracy, the first interface is beeping dial tone of telephone. Each beep reassures one that there is a process going on, and soon the information at question is going to be given or received. The artwork makes three completely different aesthetic representations of the same dial tone to reflect the different attitudes, complications and motivators citizens have when interacting with bureaucracy.
