The pictorial rhythm created in this work, by the sum of many lines with identical bends and directions forming a surface, which is then overlapped by further similar surfaces, reminds one of the graphic recordings of seismic activity, but the work can also be read as the visualisation of a dynamic passage of time.

What is important in this work is the transformation of vinyl records that have become uninteresting as sound carriers, to become carriers of images.

Every record is individually painted, creating a continuously growing stock of round pictures. I compose a particular selection tor related wall installation, depending upon the spatial situation and the context of the exhibition
